Graphene-Enhanced Textile Manufacturing

Graphene and graphene-based materials can be added to textiles in several ways. For Sentry Shield, the most practical starting point is coating existing fabrics with an advanced S3X formulation.

Spray Coating

Spray coating is one of the best fits for Sentry Shield because it works with our current coating experience.

A graphene-enhanced S3X formula can be sprayed onto tent fabrics to create a protective surface layer while maintaining flexibility and breathability.

This process is ideal for:

Dip Coating / Pad-Dry-Cure
